Because Shirlink LLC provides digital services and digital deliverables through Scalable Workflow Automation, our refund policy is designed to be fair while recognizing that custom digital file work may begin soon after an order is placed.
Refund Requests
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, by contacting us at support@scalableworkflowautomation.com with your order number, email address used at checkout and the reason for your request.
When a Refund May Be Approved
A refund may be approved if the order has not yet been started, the purchased digital service was not delivered as described, or a technical issue prevents delivery and we are unable to resolve it.
When a Refund May Be Limited or Denied
Refunds may be limited or denied when the digital service has already been completed and delivered, the request is based on a change of mind after work has started, or the customer provided incomplete or incorrect information.
Partial Refunds
If work has already started but has not been fully completed, a partial refund may be considered depending on the amount of work already performed and the service purchased.
Digital Product Returns
Digital services and completed digital files cannot be physically returned. If there is an issue with your order, we may offer a correction, replacement file, partial refund or another reasonable solution.
Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment processor.
